Freshii - Sylvan Lake Canada

Our grand daughter wanted Freshii for lunch today. We were happy to give it a try, never having been here. We each had a different item and all three were wonderful. Quick service and a great meal. Will definitely be back. ?

Employee was not helpful. The place was dirty, should have been our first clue. When we ordered he did not know how to use the machine. We wanted to pay cash. He took our 50$ bill next door for change because he didn’t have any in the till. No success, Then came back and charged us more because he couldn’t ring up the same things again. When we got our food it was this very gross chipotle bowl with steak anyone would mistake as cat food. I’d return for a refund if he knew how the till worked. Sadly a waste of time and money.

On top of the unfriendly staff member, this location doesn’t work with the Freshii app. They also will not honour the app discounts or promotions, despite the fact you can’t use the app to order there. Definitely won’t be back.

Bought a chicken sesame salad gave me dysentery. Consistency of chicken looked like something fake and tasted like cardboard. Don’t bother eating your money.That all said, Server was pleasant. Washroom had no paper to wash hands. Will not go to this or any other Freshii’s after this.

Bamboo bowl is amazing! And the guy that was working was so nice.You get 3 stars though, for making that man work by himself when it was ridiculously busy.Hire some more people
