Contribute FeedbackThe Granary Kitchen presents a diverse dining experience with its appealing ambiance and accommodating staff. While many patrons rave about the fresh and well-portioned food, including fantastic gluten-free options, others have reported inconsistencies, like overcooked steaks and long wait times. The atmosphere can become noisy, especially when large parties are present. Service quality is frequently highlighted, with servers being friendly and attentive. While some dishes, such as the chicken fried steak, receive praise, others, like the stuffed mushrooms, are deemed average. Overall, the restaurant has potential, but experiences can vary widely based on timing and specific menu items.
I had an amazing experience here. Staff was very informed and reassured me all precautions would be taken. Menus was clearly marked with a lot of options. Menus is available online with GF clearly marked. My new favorite place in Red Deer. I had the steak Oscar with caesar salad. Was the best restaurant meal I have had in years
Went twice while traveling for business. Items were easily identified on the menu, and there were lots of gf options! This is also a ready good option if you have folx who eat gluten and those who are sensitive to gluten.
Lots of gluten free accomodations available. Super fresh food and always taken seriously. Burgers are amazing (lettuce wrapped), but tons of mains available. They do list wings and fries as GF however the server did inform us it was not a dedicated fryer so keep that in mind.
Service was great and the food was awesome and very reasonably priced. My steak was perfectly “seared the way I wanted it!”
Great food. Great service. Great space. A lot of choices for all kinds of taste buds. I had a steak sandwich, my daughter had the Beet Salad. We both enjoyed our meals but I was jealous when I saw the table next to ours get a rack of ribs. It looked amazing and was huge. Reminded me of the Flinstones! I'll be back and have them next time!
