I was really disappointed when my order of orange chicken was missing when I picked up my food from the restaurant. After I called to let them know, I had to go... read more I was really disappointed when my order of orange chicken was missing when I picked up my food from the restaurant. After I called to let them know, I had to go back to the restaurant 20 minutes later to get the item that was forgotten. Unfortunately, there was no explanation or apology for the mistake. This was the worst dining experience I've ever had, and I've found better Chinese restaurants elsewhere. There definitely needs to be some improvement.

The food is rarely ready when I arrive, and the portions are quite small. The noodles are often overcooked and hard. I believe I should receive good service even if I come in just 10 minutes before closing. After all, you’re getting paid, so why not stay open until the scheduled time? I always try to give them another chance but, unfortunately, they let me down every time.

Trash can contents overflowing onto the floor. Right by the freeway. Busystreet due to many nearby businesses. Handicap parking and wheelchair accessible but I would not choose this place due tolimited space.
