Was Anonym at Vanto a mag?

I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful pizza and pasta at very affordable prices. This was the best Italian food I've had in a long time. I will definitely visit again the next time I'm in Sydney. View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Vanto:

We were at vanto for dinner and i was especially looking forward to the gluten free pizza. It was one of the best I ever had! dissapointing was the size of the portion. I ordered (and payed) not only for the gluten free but also...for the large option. Unfortunately my pizza prosciutto was in fact smaller than the pizzas served at tables next to us. This is the best pizza I have ever had outside of Naples. The gluten-free crust is so delicious that even my non-gluten-free partner enjoys sharing with me. The gluten-free gnocchi is also incredible.

I have visited this restaurant twice and both times I ordered the pizza. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially when it came to ensuring gluten-free ingredients were safe (for example, they advised that salami was not gluten-free). On both occasions, we sat outside at a small table near the balcony railing, which made for a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The best pizza I had from neapel. the gluten-free basic is so good my non-gf partner is happy to share with me. also the gf gnocchi is incredible.

I'm here twice. we ordered the pizza both paints. friendly staff that seemed conscientious about safe gf accusations (e.g. came back with advice that salami did not make sure for gf.) both of us sat outside on a small table next to balkon geländer. very pleasant experience around. would recommend.

We decided to treat ourselves with some Italian taste and thought of trying out Vanto as we were nearby and the Queen Victoria building is so beautiful and the interiors are so cozy we din't think twice. So we ordered the salad with the chicken and their specialty Vanto pizza. The salad was not great, it was just chicken, beets and only lettuce (no other greens) and the dressing was very bland. Disappointed with it. The pizza on the other hand was really unique. The topping were not spread across and the pizza base was thin and tasty. The sauces and cheeses used on the pizza was yum. Pretty satisfied with it and the staff was friendly too. So next time if I am going to visit Vanto, I will definitely skip the salad and straight hit on the pizza sections.

A decent brunch venue in the CBD is sometimes not the easiest to find but Vanto came through for us! We tried the slow cooked 63 degree poached eggs and the wild mushroom truffle scramble eggs. Service was excellent and friendly. Food was great but some flavours didn’t pair perfectly. Decent choice for breakfast though if you are struggling to find a venue!

The tiramisu was cute and came in a mushroom shaped glass jar...it was delicious and the texture was amazing! It was just WAY too small :

I came here for a takeaway pizza. I hadn't preordered and when I arrived, a lovely Italian gentleman greeted me cheerfully and handed me a menu. I decided upon a proscuitto which was a woodfired pizza with a tomato sauce base, mozzarella, prosciutto, rocket and parmesan. I expected a bit of a wait but I hardly noticed the time before I was called to collect my pizza. I was very satisfied with it. I chose the large and it was just that. It was topped with fresh proscuitto and had a lovely crust. I would order from here again when next in town near the QVB.

I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful pizza and pasta at very affordable prices. This was the best Italian food I've had in a long time. I will definitely visit again the next time I'm in Sydney.

Was here twice. for the first time was uncertain what to expect from their pizzas (has not read reviews), but both the normal and the GF pizzas surpassed the expectations. they had a real authenticity and were full of taste. for the gf pizza...base, this place knows what they do, it is beautiful and works well! also the size of the pizza is enough to fill a hungry person or for two to share as a beautiful lunchtime. the service is all good. some of the employees are more attentive, but all do their work well and efficiently. next time, I also have to test other dishes to get a wider exposition what this place can do.

My partner and I went to the birthday after vanto and had some of the best pizza we ever had in sydney. service was also impeccable, the staff went beyond and beyond to make the birthday feeling special. many thanks for such a pleasant experience.

The food was very good, the service was excellent, and the Italian waiter added to the typical Italian charm. The wine recommendation was also spot-on.

I typically don't dine out at Italian restaurants because I believe I can cook it at home, but the food here was delicious and I was pleasantly surprised. The service was friendly and they took my allergies seriously. The restaurant is beautiful and quiet, making it a great place for lunch where you can hear the person you're dining with. Overall, a very pleasant experience in a beautiful atmosphere.
