I took myself away a few times from here, and they took a long time to prepare for eating, although the restaurant was empty. the food was average.

Really nice bark leather traditional nudel. bark meat is beautiful and delicate with the right amount of fat (lots) and a lot of taste. noodles are well cooked and have still bite. the glass window in full length offers an interesting view of the way to the rat house. The...seating process is not very efficient, and there was a waiting period despite the restaurant not particularly full.

As a star michelin restaurant by hk is tim ho wan worth a visit. the service was only the 'normal 'HK service. but still eating is delicious.

For a restaurant whose new york location has won a coveted michilen star award, this should be embarrassing to share the same name. the Vermicelli roll with fried teig was roasted in a centimeter of its life and served with soy sauce instead of...Hoisin sauce. the braided chicken feet, instead of a beautiful roasted brown, were the same color as oranges chicken from panda express. we ordered a total of 8 dishes and no one tasted like a traditional Chinese dish. the cook should be fired.

Simply put, please just pass by. If you just continue to walk 2 min more, there are more than 10 chinese restaurants that offer much better food with cheaper price as the core of the china town is just several hundreds meters away.
