Sumo Salad - Sydney

I love Salad. Quite possibly my favourite food. This particular Sumo salad is great - you can make your own, or buy a pre made one. I chose the lentil and beetroot, as well as a pumpkin and feta. The great thing at this one is you can then ask for a protein to add. I got lamb, but there is a also chicken or salmon. You can get coffee there too - pablo and rustys brand. Fantastic option for a filling and nutritious lunch. This store is located in the popular MLC Food Court in Martin Place with indoor and outdoor seating facilities. I can not pass to the Deli salads, some of my favorites include the Moroccan roasted vegetables, lens and tabula and fragrant Thai chicken noodles. You will be made fresh on order and you can mix and match to make your own! The nutritional information is there for you. There is also a selection of cold-pressed juices, which is my favorite the red bedtime, orange, apple and carrot. The shop itself is well furnished and easy to navigate. The prices are reasonable in view of the quality and freshness of food. The perfect lunch option to eat in or to take away!

The Free Range Chicken Salad is the way to go here packin a punch of superfood goodness!   I've actually a regular with Sumo Salad but have only just noticed a certain bar raising in their salad design and choice of ingredients that are turbo charged with antioxidising, free range, fast absorbing, high nutrient boosts!   It was the perfect time to reacquaint myself with the old Sumo!   Keep it up guys!

One of the new race of Sumo, full of super food and others on trend articles. You have a wide selection of salads, make good breakfast bowls (my personal favorite is the cocoa with quinoa) and bottles of cold juice. There was a special on the Hey You app so it pointed me in the direction of Sumo Salad in the MLC Centre. This particular outlet is branded Green Label. There is a variety of salads on offer and there is more than just with soup and coffees available too. When I arrived my order was pretty much done and the service was friendly. I got a Grain Bowl Lamb Haloumi. It was quite a delicious bowl of salad topped with brown rice and quinoa. Hoped it had less spinach and more of the grains. Topped with tasty lamb and haloumi. Dressing was quite nice too.
