we discovered the place randomly closed on new years days everywhere except here. we were now 3 times during our 10-day vacation to sydney. I cannot recommend the restaurant very much! eating is fantastic, the staff is very...friendly and professional, the prices are great and the atmosphere is relaxing with nice Korean music in the background. my only advice is to add vegetarian friendly sign in English at the entra... What Theresia Gaylord doesn't like about Spice Chopsticks:
When they say spice, they really mean spice. I chose a meal rated 1 (out of a possible 4 hotness scale) while my husband chose a 2. Both were barely edible even after the dried chillies had been removed. No wonder boxes of tissues are provided on the tables!! My husband's lips were still burning the next day!! View all feedback.
My first review to zomato I was looking for a restaurant to dinner when we passed spice chopsticks. it looked interesting enough though we were a bit slowing to look at the menu. Anyway, we decided to try it we procrastinated for about ten to fifteen minutes before ordering two of the less adventurous looking items on the menu, a meeres fruit stir fry and a friend huh dish with a tomato and garlic sauce I wish I could say we really enjoyed the meal, but it was just a bit strange. I liked their menu range, as they had many different versions of each schirrs as they would in a typical restaurant in korea. the Sichuan style seafood black bean was quite delicious, but much spicy than put on others that I have tried to disappoint where the spiced tends to disappoint. it led to the spicy something exaggerated, where I could hardly taste the black bean and it tasted almost like the spicy seafood noodle. the servier size was good, as it was meant for two, and we had enough nudity between us two. the fried chicken in...read more
I normally get the combined meals here, and it's pretty good. A bit more expensive compared to the original prices in korea, but worth coming if you're craving for some black bean noodles.
