We arrived just after 12pm and unfortunately we found the hot food was barely warm to... read more We decided to have lunch at Signatures Buffet today (Melbourne Cup) 2022. We arrived just after 12pm and unfortunately we found the hot food was barely warm to cold, I can only think the food was cooked well before lunch and sitting in their 'warming plates ' waiting for the lunchtime customers. This is a dangerous practice and food should not be consumed under those circumstances. In the time of the Corona Virus Pandemic after our first lockdown, Signatures Buffet was run differently due to the new normal of social distancing and the food was ordered via devices and delivered to your table and the hot food was hot and the cold food was cold. We decided we didn 't want to eat there and made a complaint to the manager with our concerns regarding the food temperatures. Our money was refunded as we didn 't want Club Credit. Unfortunately this experience was not a pleasant one and there is no confidence this will change.
