As far as hotel restaurants go, the food in Q dining was pretty good, though the prices for what they get steep. We had the daily catch, the Ocean Trout in a Buer-Blanc sauce with Capsicum. The fish was beautiful and melting in the mouth. The sauce was a bit too heavy for me, but my friend thought it was good for the fish. We also had the lamb I enjoyed for his taste. However, this court had no sauce, so it was pretty dry. Some saucous element like a Jus really improved the court. The undeniable hero of the night was the Kobe Beef Baver. Perfect means rarely, it was served with foie grass and truffle donations. Only positive raves of those who ordered it. The Quinoa and Freeberh Salad needed more spice, but no bad option for one side. We found that the service was unfortunately a real escape. Our inquiry after a bread refill, with the nduja was going, was with crunching reluctance, as it was a huge inquiries (seriously, what did we want to spread the nduja if it does not come in the first place with crackers or bread? !). We had to constantly ask for our water glasses, as the servers would only fill the glass of the person who had asked without filling the other glasses on the table on the table. The food was really slow - it took about 45 minutes to an hour until our net actually arrived - and one of our orders was missing. The majority of employees were quite unfriendly what an obstacle was. Had not hurt that they actually crack a real smile. Although I thought the food was decent with Q food, the lower score reflects the poor value and the service.
