Pholosophy Alexandria - Sydney

We arrived at 11am and were able to order the Beef Pho, which was nice and tasty (although the soup could have been hotter to cook the rare beef), chicken summer rolls (freshly rolled), and Crispy Chicken and rice (which came with sweet chili sauce instead of the typical chili fish sauce). Overall, the meal was delicious and enjoyable.

I first visited this restaurant shortly after it opened, and I did not have a great experience. However, upon returning years later, I was pleasantly surprised by how much the food had improved. The dishes were flavorful and the portions were very generous. I'm happy to have a clean and delicious Vietnamese restaurant close to home.

This Vietnamese restaurant is quite nice. The Pho is good, the crispy skin chicken is nice, and the spring rolls are good. The seating is a bit awkward, but the service is quick and friendly.
