The service was terrible - we received our main course before our soup, and even after complaining, our soup arrived cold. I suggest avoiding this place altogether.

He’s clueless ab... read more The manager at Zamalek’s branch was terrible. He knows nothing about Customer Relationship Management. Bad attitude and poor service in return. He’s clueless about both the service he is providing and the customers he’s dealing with. Definitely no longer recommending this place. On the other hand, Zayed’s branch is much better and the staff is very friendly and nice.
