KFC - Sydney

I had a terrible experience at this KFC location. The wait in the drive-through was extremely long, and when I finally reached the window, a girl named Adriana was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me and my husband. When I asked to speak to the manager, she claimed to be the manager herself. It was a complete disgrace.

Manager couldn't hear me so I shouted louder with order at drive through then was abused and told not to yell at them. The food is oily and ****. Ask for extra salt and you will get zero salt because that's the big F U they give to you So rude I won't be back

BIG sign out the front 9pcs $9 Tuesday or whatever the deal was at the time so I asked for 9pcs and was told the offer is over, I explained the sign right in front of me but was rudely stoped and told the offer is over. I ordered some chicken pcs and got a box of oil with some chicken floating in it. Discussing, I had to take it home put it in the oven on 80° and wait fir the 200ml of oil to run off if then ate over cooked chicken. Get it together KFC. BTW I've never been back and never will be back.

The KFC restaurant had the typical atmosphere, but the staff was kind and welcoming. It was clear that the premises were well-kept and clean, which was important. I enjoyed my meal.

We have been getting our KFC from this restaurant for a few years now and I think it's about time I write a review. As a takeout restaurant, I have to say that the chicken here is always freshly cooked and delicious.
