The canapé function yesterday was first class, rarely rare beef with asparagus was delicious. Grief Tina with Avocado, Wakame, Japanese Cucumber Rettich and roasted sesame, also incredible. Shrimp cocktail was refreshing and The Nutella Pannacotta was the highlight of the evening, served with salted caramel praline and superfluous strawberries.
Wow, that was a massive disappointing experience. We felt about this place because of the cheap Sirloin Steak ($ 10.95), but it was only bad! Grief First, we waited for about 30 minutes for our order. Mind you, the place was not even half full. We ordered a means rare steak that was done well, and the chicken club wrape that was dry. The Mash was a bit lumpy and Fad, as it sits there for days. The chips were not even well fried, lacked this crispy, deep-fried look. Disappointing meal I had in the CBD and what a wasting of my lunch break.
Great food. Good drinks and a great atmosphere. Can not recommend this bar enough if you are looking for a cheap and funny place in the CBD
The lunch portions are generous, the chicken schnitzels are delicious, and I highly recommend trying their special chicken and leek pie - it was extremely flavorful. The staff is efficient and knowledgeable about the drinks menu.
Awesome burger and really well priced.. Would go back again..
