Down-N-Out - Sydney

Another team lunch found us getting burgers from Down N Out. We ordered the weekly special of the noodle burger with a Korean style sauce, along with their classic chicken burger too. This is certainly one of the better burgers I have had, and everyone really enjoyed the special too - which is saying something! I am pretty keen on trying a few more burgers from here too :) The service was so friendly too, though the burgers did take some time. So Down-N-Out, according to Insider apparently a good burger joint...with an oozing cheese experience... Did we get an oozing cheese experience...yeah no I think we have to squish the cheese party just to get a little bubbling out and the behold that it's just two slices of what I'd call "burger cheese" fried together, yeah very not excited diner... So now we go onto the burger itself....there's a lot of Burger places around and sorry this one is I'd say middle of the pack...and for that price tag middle of the pack is not good enough. Oh then there's the "Tiger Fries" look everyone loves loaded fries...I'm inclined to say they were cold and soggy but then had I consumed them within the first two minutes maybe they'd be better...I give you the benefit of the doubt because look I'd say the taste was nice...I was please, my partner less so... Don't get me wrong this place is busy and I don't know if it's because there's no local competition...."burger project" is in the franchised category...maybe Chicken and Sons hasn't quite marketed enough?

Ramen burger ninja!! Their special burger "Ramyun burger" is avail till WED. Delicious burgers at this joint, love their animal style sauce with everything! Love their " weekly specials" and located close to CBD inside a pub. Until next time ... Keep eating!! asianfoodninja.com
