The staff here... read more A well situated cafe minutes from Wynard station. Came here today to have lunch and conversation with a few representatives of a consulting firm. The staff here were extremely friendly and checked up on us frequently throughout our meal. Inside the cafe was spacious and well decorated. The atlantic salmon I ordered was cooked to perfection with the fish easily falling apart at the blade of my knife. The skin was also well seasoned and crispened the way I like it. However the accompanying vegetables were a disappointment. The tomatoes and potatoes had little seasoning and the olive oil was used too generously. My friend ordered the pasta and also found that the amount of oil used was just on the side if excessive. Another point to make is the atmosphere of the cafe. I would not recommend this place as a place to eat and talk over. It was extremely difficult to hear above the numerous other conversations taking place. All in all it was a good place to eat.
