The Baron - Sydney

Wow. The coffee here is amazing. The service is extremely professional yet also fun. The menu is fantastic, well-designed, ecologically sustainable, and locally sourced. Not to mention, the food is super tasty. The restaurant has a great industrial feel to it. While it may be on the pricey side, it is definitely worth a visit if you are in the Hills area.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant with my early morning coffee - a large latte and their bacon and egg roll. It was perfection. The roll was the best I've ever had, with a fresh egg, hot, juicy, crispy bacon on a toasted Turkish bread roll. I'm still savoring it. And to top it off, the coffee was also awesome. The staff are truly skilled artists.

Amazing coffee, delicious food, and excellent service. This cafe is a must-visit for residents of the Hills District. Be sure to arrive early as the tables tend to fill up quickly.

I ordered the Baron roll as a breakfast burger and it was absolutely the best breakfast burger I've ever had. It was cooked perfectly. I hate my eggs runny but the eggs on the burger were cooked perfectly and seasoned very well. The garlic aioli with the avocado were basically made for each other . Would definitely recommend !
