My husband and I visit Tom and Jerry's almost every week since we moved here two years ago. However, over the past several months they have been cheating us on food at the drive-thru. missing orders of fries, cheese cups, tzatziki for the gyros, and so on. Amazing as always worth the stop living an hour away…
If you have never had Tom&Jerry's I recommend it 100%. Now I will say this only go to the Sycamore location, the one in dekalb is no were near as amazing. That's speaking to the food and the customer service, they treat me and my family very well.
I always receive great customer service here! I nice hello and a kind voice truly goes along way. Not to mention the great food! Thanks T& J for always being consistent!
