This place is a hidden gem. The food was delicious (we had a group of six and we ordered a little of everything to share). The panzerotti, chicken saltimbocca meatballs were just incredible. The desserts, oh so good! (Highly recommend the limoncello cake). Maria staff are friendly and never leave you without a full glass. If you love Italian food, you’ve got to try this place. Our first time here. Was expecting more per the reviews. The pizza crust was hard and tacky and it tasted dry from not enough sauce. The spinach salad was okay if not a bit short on portion size. Ditto for the appetizer. The food arrived about 30 minutes after we ordered for two people. After we got the food, the server never checked on us and we had to flag her down to get some refills on water. Overall we were kind... View all feedback.
Italian Food is fairly cheap unless your getting Steak Lobster at these prices not the least bit interested in this place for what you get and from reviews sausage and peppers $25.00 really Ill go to the Store instead No Thanks From menu and reviews might go try them eventually but very discouraged JMO. Need more Reasonable prices
Very disappointed in Maria's Little Italy. I was excited to try their meatball sandwich. From the reviews I had high expectations. Let me first say the service was great, friendly and fast. The restaurant was clean and very nicely decorated. My order was to go. When I got home and unwrapped the sandwich, the cheese and sauce came off the sandwich with the paper it was wrapped in. No big deal, what was a big deal is the meatballs had no flavor at all, and the sauce tasted like jar sauce. It was runny and thin. We also got a fettuccine with parmesan chicken. This sauce also came from a jar. The chicken was very small and very dry. In fact this dish was more of a child size. The salads we got were also very small, about what you would get on a sandwich. We also got a tiramisu and lemonchello. These were fresh and very good. I paid $52.00 for this meal. Not worth it. Sorry to say I will not be going back.
Your meatball sub… makes it impossible for me to lose weight! No matter how many laps I swim across the street I can’t help but stop in for a delicious meatball sub. I don’t know how you keep the bread so crisply toasted while having sauce and meaty-cheese goodness but keep up the good work. My only suggestion is I wish I would remember to get more sauce on the side to dip it in. Absolutely delicious.
Experienced a lovely lunch at Maria’s including an appetizer of bruschetta which was toasted perfectly and included a wonderful balsamic reduction. I had a panini sandwich-delicious.During lunch, we walked up to a counter to order our food, then chose a table and someone brought our meal out to us. Service was prompt and I was able to make it back to work on a 1 hour lunch break.Great lunch spot and would love to try dinner there sometime! ?
An ABSOLUTE MUST! ? I finished all of my food because it was too good to reheat! My plate was Clean!!! I loved every single item that home made! Much love to the chefs' lineage of amazing history and culture. This family spot cooks with the heart and soul Food: 5/5
