Ordered through the drive-thru. There was a gentleman standing outside who was taking the food and drinks from the last window and giving them to the customers. He should own the restaurant. Such a happy go lucky person who brings a smile to your face. View all feedback.

So disappointed in my lunch today. That was probably the smallest Italian beef I've ever had! It was like a little sandwich, there was barely any meat on the bun! They also messed up my husband's order, that never used to happen! Portillos has really gone downhill!
You can't go wrong eating at Portillo's. The Italian Beef sandwich is to due for. Order it eith mozzarella cheese and ask for it “wet”. You won't be sorry!

Hot dogs are not as good as they used to be. And very expensive. I can't say I would go back anytime soon.
