Instead of the typical "no problem" when I thanked him for my order, KEVIN responded with "my pleasure." I've experienced this kind of service in my own business, and it makes a big difference. It’s not drinkable without those extras, and I’d suggest going to a gas station instead. How difficult can it be to add sugar to a coffee?

During my first order, they forgot to include the 4-pack of pumpkin muffins. When I decided to try again, I did receive the pumpkin muffins, but this time, they left out the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich. I understand that mistakes happen, but it's frustrating to have missing items on two different occasions.
