Instead of the typical "no problem" when I thanked him for my order, KEVIN responded with "my pleasure." I've experienced this kind of service in my own business, and it makes a big difference. Oh, and by the way, the ice cream coffee was fantastic too!

I asked for all ch... read more Twice today, I sent my friend to pick up doughnuts because my grandson only eats the chocolate glazed ones, and they messed it up both times! I asked for all chocolate glazed, but got the wrong ones. Usually, you just grab your order and leave quickly because there are impatient people waiting, but I had to drive back home only to find out the order was wrong again. On top of that, my large iced coffee with 6 creams and 6 sugars barely had any sugar at all. If this coffee only cost $1, I might give it 3 stars, but overall, I'm really disappointed.

The service is terrible, unfriendly, and they never prepare the drinks properly—using only five ice cubes that don’t even keep the drink cold for more than three minutes.

During my first order, they forgot to include the 4-pa... read more I ordered delivery from this restaurant twice, and both times they omitted important items from my order. During my first order, they forgot to include the 4-pack of pumpkin muffins. When I decided to try again, I did receive the pumpkin muffins, but this time, they left out the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich. I understand that mistakes happen, but it's frustrating to have missing items on two different occasions.
