Blowfish Bbq - Swissvale

I had this food at Trace Brewing, and so glad I did; I'm a mac-n-cheese lover, and this may have been the best I've ever had. It's smoked slowly in the same giant smoker that the meat is put in, so it has a richer flavor than anything you could imagine. It's dripping with both melted cheese and a good amount of cheese sauce, and you get enough for two servings if you don't scarf down the entire thing in one go. I'll be seeing where they pop up next, I have to try the brisket and ribs.I'd say the only downside was waiting 10-15 minutes despite a line of 4 people ahead of me, but the man was taking care to put the food together, and it was well worth the wait.

They set up at Dancing Gnome yesterday and Trace today-so easy to find at your favorite brewery.The brisket Mac and cheese is the best Mac I have ever had. The owner was super nice and my food was ready so quickly! I would absolutely recommend this business as a MUST if you ever see them at your local watering hole.

Last minute decision to grab our dinner from Blowfish BBQ, so glad we did. Food was incredible!! Already checking their schedule so we can get some more!!

The brisket sandwich is to die for. The Mac and cheese is amazing. My husband and I will be looking for Blowfish BBQ every time we are in Pittsburgh!

I seldom write a review but this one is really hard to not talk about. We got a brisket sandwich and half a rack of ribs and everything was extremely delicious! The meat was seasoned really well and soft to instantly dissolve in your mouth. 10/10! Will come here again.
