I ordered crispy duck and when it arrived it was was neither crispy or the right duck meat, they gave me a sliced duck breast! It was fatty and spongy with zero meat, just awful! I am no chef but I know the difference between crispy cooked duck and a microwaved duck breast ! Not what I ordered and to try and make it look authentic they chucked in a random bone ! It all went straight into the bin! To make things worse I tried to contact them twice to explain their mistake and failed to receive a response both times so I am writing this review, I ordered from Welcome Express because they are local to me but I won't be doing this again, we should not have to put up with bad customer service and poor quality food. They are.only getting one star because I can't select zero! Such a disappointment!

Firstly we asked for Choy Sum or Bok Choy (Chinese greens a staple part of any oriental restaurant there were none available). So, we asked for Broccoli none of that either!. So, we went for mixed veg in a sate type sauce. It was truly awful. The veg consisted of mainly sloppy overcooked bean sprouts with the occasional slither of carrot and mange tout. The sauce was disgusting watery and sour tasting. We also ordered chicken in a black bean sauce where the chicken was tough and the sauce again watery. The Beef dish was tough as old boots. Oh and to cap it all the portion sizes awful. I have no idea who cooked our take away but I can't in anyway recommend them or the takeaway
