Very cos... read more My second visit with my partner for a pre Valentine's meal.... Food was to a very high standard and absolutely delicious. Beautiful and unique setting. Very cosy old building with real character. Karen who served us was exceptional in customer service and super friendly. The icing on the cake was the infamous Fred the gentle pooch who kept us company whilst we dined. I cannot recommend the Old School House enough.... A real gem within the vicinity of Swindon. First class!!!!!!!!

I complain after 5 minutes they gave me the room that I wasnt expecting a room with a single bed and a shower that is so little that I cant even fit inside and internet is not working at all. she replied I will fix internet. i was expecting that they would change my room. internet never worked. We had to cancel our reservation due to emergency surgery, we contacted them on the 5th day which allowed free cancellation and they charged the card anyway and... read more We had to cancel our reservation due to emergency surgery, we contacted them on the 5th day which allowed free cancellation and they charged the card anyway and have refused a refund, we have not been given a credit note or any further contact, upon phoning we had some arrogant man who refused to give let us speak to a manager as he stated the matter has been closed, he also refused to give us his name and proceeded to hang up on me.
