Not getting mr.cod again.

Concerned about the temperature of the... read more Two hours later, the food finally arrived with an angry delivery driver who arrived an hour after his supposed departure. Concerned about the temperature of the food, I discovered that everything was cold. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the delivery driver became aggressive, shouting profanities and throwing the money on the floor. He threatened to come back and continued to swear at my partner, who intervened to calm the situation as our children were upset and frightened. I considered contacting the police but decided against it. When I called Mr. Cod to report the incident, I was met with indifference from the same rude lady who refused to escalate the call to a manager. I am troubled by the thought that this delivery driver may mistreat other customers in the future. This was the worst delivery experience I have ever had, despite having ordered from this place for years. I will not return until management addresses this issue. It's a disappointing way to start the holiday season.

The chips and battered sausage looked overly cooked before even trying them, and the chicken seemed to have been fried too much or reheated in the fryer. The quality of the food was so poor that I did not even try the kebab. I ended up throwing everything away and was left £25 out of pocket. I will never order from this restaurant again due to the very poor quality of the food.
