I was disappointed with my experience because I didn’t receive what I ordered and paid for. This has happened a few times, either with incorrect orders or missing items. This time, there wasn’t even a single rib included.
To begin with, it would be nice if they could get the orders right. I ordered a trilogy box meal at the drive-thru, only to arrive home and discover that the burger was missing. I tried to call to voice my complaint, but couldn't get through. The service was terrible.
Absolutely disgusted. Partners boneless banquet box meal had a hair lodged into the chicken filets. Hair got stuck in his throat and he coughed it up. Absolutely vile beyond words. This screams poor hygiene and poor food safety. Will be talking to trading standards. Made us all stop eating.
