Whi... read more Went here for lunch in November we ordered or KFC chicken meals and I am very sad to say that none of the chicken had any of the flavours expected from KFC. Whilst it was cooked well there was no sign of any KFC seasoning on any of the selection of chicken we ordered. Very bad experience and will not be using KFC again if this is the best they can do. Terrible meal. They even nearly forgot the drinks despite repeating the order to me minutes earlier. Had to ask for the table to be cleaned before we could use it. In fairness to the cleaner she did a good job quickly, so thank you for that

I informed one of the staff members, but he did not seem to care. The food was inedible and I will not be returning to KFC due to the very poor service.

There was a lack of social distancing in the queue to order, and no organization for people waiting to receive their orders. The tables were dirty, as well as the highchair, which had old dirt that had not been cleaned in a long time. The floor was also dirty. The staff did not seem to care about any of these issues.
