I tried this fish and chip shop after my local preferred chippy closed. I was deeply disappointed. The fish was small and covered in way too much soggy and oily batter. The chips were at first the re-heated crispy bits which I just managed to spot and ask for better. I pulled out two hair strands from my mushroom curry this evening, which almost let me throw up, would avoid this place at all until they had a food control, but this has exposed me to life.
Excellent quality Chinese food. great improvement on our last visit a few months ago. a previous review mentioned a change of management that could explain the improvement. we'll use them again soon.
Great chips, chinese food has improved since the recent change of management. Reasonable price and pretty quick services.
We had beef chow mein and chicken and cashew nuts. Excellent quality, good taste and super noodles. A huge improvement on occasions in the past. Pleasant staff and good phone ahead order system. Worth a try.
Having tried most Chinese takeaways and restaurants in Swindon, I can easily say their special fried rice has been consistently the best I have had in Swindon. Their sweet and sour dishes as well as the pork dishes are very good. Worth the visit.
