We were regular customers of this company, however tonight have tried to order food through thier website just for the money to be taken from our bank not just once but twice. We phoned the shop as we had not received an order confirmation email but the money had been taken from the bank, to which the customer service was appalling and they weren't bothered at all. Even after explaining what had happened. So now they have taken just shy of £40 from our bank account and we have received no food, no resolution or no refund for this at all!! Absolutely disgusting! Appalling customer service and even worse when trying to deal with an issue and they have no clue at all what to do. Absolute joke, would avoid at all costs, we will be taking our business elsewhere from now on!!

Do not order from this place the service is rude,aggressive and most of all swear on the phone as I was about to order. He shut the phone and I called him back and he swore at me. This business is not here to severe food I am disgusted and applaud at this behavior is this how you treat your customers? Food: 1
