Blooms - Swindon
Blooms
Description
Blooms Café, nestled within a newly renovated garden center, offers a vibrant yet inconsistent dining experience. Patrons appreciate the fresh atmosphere and cleanliness but have expressed disappointment in food quality and portion sizes, particularly regarding higher price points and missing accompaniments. While some enjoy the delightful afternoon teas and daily specials, others claim that recent changes have led to underwhelming meals and slow service. Despite flaws, loyal customers find value in offers and renovations, making it a venue worth exploring—just be prepared for varying culinary experiences. Overall, Blooms Café remains a work in progress.

Since its renovation, this cafe has become one of my top choices. Whether I'm in the mood for a cappuccino and scone or a fish and chip dinner, I have yet to find any faults with the friendly staff, efficient service, or quality of the food. I appreciate the attention to cleanliness, with tables being cleared promptly and antibacterial spray being used, as well as any mess on the floor being cleaned immediately after customers leave. This attention to detail is sadly lacking in many other cafes these days. With a variety of options for snacks or meals, I highly recommend giving this cafe a try - I'm confident you won't be disappointed.
The garden center has been completely renovated and now features a large new cafe. It is definitely worth a visit and suitable for all ages, from 0 to 100 and beyond. There are activities for everyone, as well as shopping for all your gardening needs.
I was disappointed with this place. There are plenty of nicer garden centres around with better dining options. The food at the Restaurant/Cafe was below average, with unappetizing and poorly presented dishes.
Visited Blooms to have lunch. Whilst there took grandson into a play area called Bonkers (this is totally independent from Blooms) Have been in there three weeks
