Instead i get a watered down coffee with cream and sugar. Many more things. Also the Filipino's need to talk to each other in english while at work as its very distracting, and disrespectful.

The place was disgusting.... read more On Dec 24/21, my wife and I stopped on our way through to Calgary at about 10:30 am. I had the opportunity to use the men's bathroom. The place was disgusting. It looked like the floor had not been mopped in days. Water soap were sprayed all over the place and garbage was on the floor. I have to wonder if this is what the owners want the public to see in the bathroom can you imagine how filthy a place like their kitchen is, (that I can't see)? What are their sanitation standards? Corporate needs to. touch this operation up or yank the franchise it is a black eye on Tim Horton's!

I get write offs on meals as a business expense and need them. When I ask for a receipt, the staff look confused. I ask again and they don't seem to understand what it is. I ask about 5 times and then they went and got a manager to help me with the issue. I had to describe what a receipt is and then finally got it. The staff picked it out of the garbage bin and gave it to me. They assume customers don't need them, when in fact I KNOW a lot of business people get their meals from Tim's and need receipts for meal write offs. This has happened TOO MANY TIMES! Get your act together Tim's come on.

How many other women and workers have been unable to wash their hands in the last 2 days?! So disgusting and disappointed in Tim Hortons. Will never use this establishment again.
