Everyone received their food, but I was... read more I went to the restaurant today with some coworkers right after work. The service was good, and we all placed our orders. Everyone received their food, but I was left waiting for about 30 to 45 minutes without anything. I had ordered loaded fries and a double bacon cheeseburger. Just when I decided to cancel my order, my food finally arrived. The burger was hot and fresh, but unfortunately, the loaded fries were cold, with just cheese and bacon hastily thrown on top—none of the cheese was melted. Some of the fries were even undercooked and cold. I didn’t feel like eating at that point, so I just paid for my beers and called it a day.
