Awful experience! The employee appeared disinterested and the restaurant was dirty and poorly stocked. It's a shame to see this place go downhill. I will not be returning.
The customer service was terrible at this restaurant. When we walked in, there was no one working. It was very confusing and nothing was stocked. The toppings were stale and the yogurt tasted odd. This is the worst frozen yogurt place I have ever visited.

I must be crazy to be craving ice cream when it's 16 degrees outside, but when the craving hits, you just have to satisfy it, right? Yogo Factory is the place to go.
