The main dishes lacked flavor, were greasy, and all seemed to blend together without essential ingredients like paneer that should have been included. We have no plans to return in the future.

Only to be served the same pot, but this time stirred up. Food was bland and service was dire. £1.95 for a table spoon of lime pickle. When I pulled him on it, he said the big jar has gone up from 8.99 to 12.99

I ordered a garlic Chilli chicken main and my wife a Lamb/lentil dish. When my wife’s meal arrived it was chicken and not lamb (this was rectified quite quickly to be fair) my Garlic chilli chicken had no spice, no garlic and just 1 chilli. The waiting staff seemed very miserable.

I refused to order anything else as Zaffran and many other Indian Takeaways/Restaurants around the area have always served me the same dish with no problems at all when I've mentioned my allergy. I sat and watched my friends eat their food and left.

After having a disaster several years ago due to them being “too busy” to provide a decent meal with reasonable service. Well, what a waste of time and money I’ve had far nicer “ready meals” from supermarkets!!! My meal arrived COLD but I had already dished it up. I would have thought it would have been a fresh meal, but NO, it was popped in the micro to warm through (the meat was as tender as the sole of my shoe . The service was disgusting!so on that note, suffice to say, we will NEVER be returning. Cannot leave ratings for some reason, but all very poor!
