After a long day out, we called ahead to avoid waiting, only to end up waiting 30 minutes for our food. The fish was greasy, the chips undercooked and soggy, and the beef burger was the worst I've had in years – clearly made with cheap ingredients and served on a dry bun without any salad. I couldn't even finish it after a couple of bites filled with gristle. The chicken burger wasn't much better. We took our food to eat in our camper van, only to see other families outside tossing food crumbs around. With three takeaways in the same area, we hoped they weren't throwing our food. Port Eynon is a popular spot with many tourists, so it seems like they don't care about the quality of their food.
