I live around the corner from this dunkins and three years ago this place was amazing! The afternoon crew it’s a nightmare. The coffee is never correct they just literally don’t care ! They have some amazing crew members but most are extremely rude and are always talking instead of doing their job ! I drive to somerset to get Starbucks now ! Everyone here has a smile and it radiates onto the customers. Excellent customer service. This store should definitely be a model store.
Not only are the employees very kind but the manager is the best of all, she's an angel. I got my frozen coffee made at another location and they messed it up twice so I came here and she fixed it no problem, just the way I like it. It was perfect. This is one of the best Dunkin donuts out there. Friendly service, good food and drinks at a good price. She and her employees are amazing!
They lie about the time says closes at 7 but they close
The counter staff are friendly, expeditiously provide my food and drink. Always happy to see me. Thank you !
