The service felt so homey, with our waitress being exceptionally kind and friendly. My daughter was particularly taken with her pink hair and hasn't stopped talking about it! The waitress made sure our drinks were topped up and our stomachs were full. I noticed she was multitasking, assisting other staff members, and constantly cleaning, which I really appreciated.

The vegetables were canned, the portions were small, and the barbecue was more like a mushy sauce than true pulled pork. It was a really disappointing experience, and I won’t be going back or recommending this place to anyone. This restaurant is fantastic! The food was outstanding, and the service was excellent. I dined in for dinner, and the price per person was around $20–30. I would rate the food a solid 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well. I highly recommend trying the Fried Chicken, Ribs, Hash, and BBQ.
We got takeout, one meat and two sides. I ordered the pulled pork. It was lean without fat or gristle and delicious. The Lima beans, fried okra, hush puppies were delicious! My husband ordered the fried chicken and it was great. Service was quick and friendly. We will definitely be back. My meal was enough for two meals.
