Kim and the facb team have looked after our high time in the inner city of asheville and even found us a day coordinator in a prise. she has an extensive and flexible menu, helped us find the right amount of food to order (before the place on the way), and was a pleasure to work with everything. we loved her eating and the cupcakes were a lot favorit!

Absolutely incredible experience with kim and her team. we had a high time of destination and were not able to taste our dinner / cake options due to the distance, so it was an surprise for all of us on the high time day and let me say they surpassed all expectations. they have spread my recipe with an amazing fruit, cheese and hummus as our appetizer. then we gave our guests the choice of ny strip steak or spinach and artichoke stuffed chicken. both were absolutely amazing, but the huh was to die! kim and her team also made our high-time cake. mandelkuchen with celestial butter cream filling. yes. this cake was the conversation of the night! hands down, the best cake we ever had! thank you, facb team!

Wonderful and easy to deal with. The food was fantastic! Packages were priced very reasonable! And the cake was amazing! I most certainly would recommend FACB to anyone in need of catering! I will definitely be using them in the future! Thank you for making our event awesome!

Kim and her catering crew were wonderful for our country rustic wedding in the mountains of North Carolina! She worked closely with me to make sure every detail for my special day was done according to what I envisioned. I really liked that she had pre-planned packages for me to pick from which made the meal-planning process easier for both of us. The food was delicious and full of flavor, and our cupcakes/cake were to die for we literally had a mob of guests rush to the cupcakes when they were given the go-ahead by the DJ!! She provided extra services for us when we needed a cleaning crew at the end of the night, and the servers/crew were super nice and personable with our guests! I would highly recommend Kim's catering company to future brides.
