We tried this place for the first time a few months ago and came back again, the food is that good! The veggie options are so tasty and the portion sizes are HUGE! What paul martin doesn't like about Shishly Meze Grill:
Dirty place. Hygiene is 0. I ordered a kebab wrap. A customer after me paid for there order and the person working there took cash from them and gave them thier change in coins. He then used the same hands to throw a raw burger on the grill. He then also used the same hands to wrap my kebab. Dirty, filthy place. I would avoid unless you want food poisoning. Food gave me an upset stomach for 2 days! I would avoid. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
Everything a bit meh. The only great thing is it looks clean. The rice was the easy cook Tilda, ten minute job Pitta was basic Salad was unwashed (or not properly washed lots of grit still left in it) Chicken was basic, the unique cooking on fire made it different, but tbh it’s just made me want to go out and buy a barbecue £16.50 for something I can make for significantly less Food: 2
The service on the day , i found the guy rude , and it’s over priced for what it is , the meat went in the bin and had a few chips but they was overcooked and the meat was so dry and over cooked Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Always get the mix kebab delivered, takes about 15/20 minutes overall which is impressive. The food is always brilliant and very generously portioned. Never any issues Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
