Extremely disappointed by our recent visit - the Bookcaffe has changed into a florists with food, and while the food itself is very good, portions are small and... read more Extremely disappointed by our recent visit - the Bookcaffe has changed into a florists with food, and while the food itself is very good, portions are small and the cafe is very expensive as a result. We visited recently - only four people eating in the cafe and it took almost an hour for our two lunches to be delivered reluctantly by surly, unhelpful staff. We will not be back.
