The cake of the day was over boiled and hard the chips were the worst I ever had. most disappointed.
You know what you need to expect, and you won't get so much surprises and that's nice. fish and chips were very nice (chips slightly undercooked,) service friendly and beer very good.
The service we had at halloween eve was fantastic, so helpful and thoughtful, my father is a vegetarian and was confused what he could eat, the manager went out of his way to help. they helped with my baby, which offers extra teller and always. smile and make sure that we were satisfied with our meals many thanks that they go the extra mile and make our experience very pleasant.
Very average. Although they are still sitting in the middle of a pandemic, they are all sitting on neighboring tables (or they did when we visited) the fish and chips were very thorough and certainly not worth money. I visited hr in glasgow many years ago and...sadly there is absolutely no comparison. if they don't mind eating outside, there are far better places in swanage to have fish and were at a much lower price.
Struggled to find dog friendly restaurants in Swanage so visited Harry Ramsdens. A big shout out for Terry Josh who made us and the dogs very welcome. Extremely friendly and helpful.
