Grand Swanage Restaurant And Bar

Had a wonderful stay in Room 317 with sea views. Left windows open to wake to the sound of he waves. Lovely staff. Good food. Parking limited

We had only the most amazingly weekend and high-time reception for our daughter in the grand hotel. the service was impeccable, thanks to lindsay for its organizational skills. the employees were efficient, friendly and were obviously dedicated to their jobs. that was good, the rooms were immaculate. the love for detail made everything very special. could not blame anything.

Fabulous location old world charme. beautiful staff eating. we were in a room with sea view, magnificent view over swanage bay, it is worth it. room nicely renovated with new bathroom excellent shower. so relaxing, listening to the ozean calms us to sleep. easy walk to the city centre. I love our stay!

Two night stay using Travelzoo deal. Room was small but clean and well equipped. Hotel was having second floor refurbishment, this did not cause any inconvenience. Use the retaurant on both nights as very little available close by or in Swanage. Food was good and plenty of it. Fish pie first night and fish cakes on second night, Enjoyed. Would stay again.

Lovely staff here. Very accommodating with food, laundry, water(tap water very hard so drinking water to be brought up from bar downstairs.There's a lift. Always someone around if you need anything. Very professional yet hotel small enough to have family vibe. Rooms very comfortable. Post covid cleaning policies in place. Coffee,machine, kettle, TV, fan, extra radiator in rooms. Shower/water pressure is fantastic. Bed luxurious. Continental and cooked breakfast-full English or vegetarian. Have good wipedown procedures. Superb view of Swanage Bay from rooms at rear of building. Gym, sauna and pool in basement for use by guests. Occasional live music. Roomy restaurant. I didn't eat evening meals here but the aroma from the restaurant was delicious.
