Bertucci's Italian - Swampscott

The dining experience exceeded our expectations! The only issue was with our waitress, who appeared very unhappy to be serving us. She hardly spoke a word.

I am giving my review based mainly on the service at this restaurant. The food was decent, but I found it to be very expensive and the preparation took too long. Stephanie, our server, was a true gem of a person. I enjoyed every interaction with her - she was sassy, wise, and always had something interesting to say. She made sure we never went too long without a refill or checking in on how our experience was going. Stephanie was very welcoming and I would definitely return because of her. The wings were okay, but quite small for the price. The pasta was well-cooked, but it didn't stand out as being particularly unique. Thank you again, Stephanie, you are a phenomenal person and I admire your work ethic and personality. I hope you see this review because you deserve praise for your excellent service.

This is my go-to restaurant for Saturday nights. My only suggestion is for them to expand their menu.

This is my usual place to dine on Saturday night and it is conveniently located

As a regular Saturday night diner I have found that the menu is still limited without any veal dishes that most Italian restaurants have. Also wish the menu was more exciting.
