I would give this place triple the stars if I could!... read more We traveled from the Midlands today and searched for the best fish and chips in the area we were visiting. I would give this place triple the stars if I could! The fish and chips were truly incredible - the batter on the fish just melted in our mouths, it was so light and crispy. The fish was a generous portion and cooked perfectly, allowing the succulent flavor to shine through. The chips were wonderfully crispy and piping hot. As individuals who have had fish on Fridays since childhood, we have tried fish and chips at various venues around the country, and can confidently say that this is the best we have ever had. The experience at Ospringe Fish Bar brought back memories of our childhood visits to the seaside for a mouthwatering Friday night supper. We want to thank Rebecca for her friendly and kind service, and the two wonderful gentlemen who cooked our food. We will definitely be returning when we are visiting family in the area. Thank you to the amazing people at Ospringe Fish Bar for providing us with such incredible food.

I found the medium size to be just right for me, and I usually appreci... read more This is a fantastic fish and chips shop. The fish was nice, and the portion was generous. I found the medium size to be just right for me, and I usually appreciate a hearty meal. The only thing I missed was a wedge or two of lemon. The service was friendly, and the restaurant was busy, which is always a good indication of quality. I will definitely stop by again next time I’m in the area.
