The spicy crispy crumb coating... read more I purchased a bargain bucket last Monday, April 15th at 5:30 p.m. We have had many in the past, but this time was disappointing. The spicy crispy crumb coating was missing, and instead, it was soggy batter. My wife and I have been ill for almost a week with upset stomachs and nausea, which started shortly after eating. We do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

Tonight, they excelled themselves. After waiting 20 mins, they got every part of it wrong! I ordered a Zinger burger with no mayo. It came with mayo which I tried to scrape off, unsuccessfully. I asked for plain fries as I hate the seasoning they have started doing. Yep, it came with seasoning- though not as heavy as normal. It's like eating salt, makes your mouth dry. And I ordered a Pepsi max, and got Pepsi max cherry, which I find sickly sweet. Never again.

No white meat available. We doubled checked before ordering that there was a selection of pieces available as we didn’t want all legs thighs. They said that was fine. We checked the bucket before leaving. We got all legs and thighs. Once I pointed it out they took the bucket round the back, brought it back and said there you go. it was STILL all legs and thighs. we git a full refund. we had spent a total of over £75 BELIEVE all the poor reviews for this KFC. it is by far the worse around. run by minors !!! avoid

We were the only customer and watching through the window people just seemed to keep walking up to the fryer moving something then walking off no one acc seemed to cook anything? Then they came from a complete other side with out food about 15 minutes later? Half the chips were just scraps?? The gravy was separated so the bottom was lumpy and the top was like water??? Then checked the time it was meant to be thrown and it was at-least over an hour since us shouldn’t been thrown. FOOD HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE Customer service was awful, the young lad was so rude, when we asked for a fork for our beans he couldn’t have looked more annoyed if he tried. AVOID
