We are also u... read more We have visited for coffee and sandwiches several times now. The staff are friendly and the sandwiches are freshly made, with the best bread ever! We are also usually tempted to buy fabulous cakes in the bakery to take home. Very reasonable prices for fabulous food. This traditional bakery will be a regular stop for us.

They always have a smile on their faces and are very polite - an absolute delight and a credit to the establishment. Now, let's talk about the food. The Premium Sausage Roll is the best I've ever had! The pink iced, cream filled finger bun is the best I've ever had! And the chocolate fresh cream eclair is also the best I've ever had! My advice is to get there early on Saturdays to avoid disappointment as they often sell out.

The service has always been exceptional, with friendly smiles all around. The staff are incredibly polite and always go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Even when something goes wrong, they are quick to offer alternative solutions. I love the cozy atmosphere of the café area, adorned with photos of old Sittingbourne that evoke nostalgia and spark conversations among customers. It's a shame that the old place mats are no longer there, as they used to trigger fond memories of the past. It's heartwarming to see the younger staff members engaging with customers confidently. Overall, the service, food, and entertainment provided by the staff are top-notch. We will definitely be returning. Thank you!
