The food at Pastabacken was decent, but lacked flavor due to insufficient seasoning. The unclean restroom and overflowing trash can were major drawbacks that affected the overall experience. That was the first restaurant I tried in luleå. here on a Monday evening and the place was full. they had really good pasta for a reasonable price.
