The Somali had a great atmosphere and the service was excellent, however we felt we were overcharged for drinks. Unfortunately, the chef was not very open to criticism. When the sirloin did not live up to my expectations, he became provoked and questioned my competence by asking if I was a cook. Panelen har en gång varit en av Luleås bästa restauranger, oavsett kategori. Tyvärr har de tappat flera betyg. Servicen var oerhört långsam, så vi hann inte med efterrätten eftersom andra hade bokat bordet efter oss. Några i sällskapet fick ingen dryck till maten trots att vi påminde flera gånger. Maten hade stått på håll ganska länge, då köttet nästan var kallt när vi väl fick det. Det var strul och tjafs med personalen när vi skulle betala. Plötsligt skulle vi betala för flera saker som vi inte hade beställt? Helt makalöst.
