The hotel and spa are good, but lacking that final element to make it excellent. The room was decent, but showing signs of wear and tear. The food was tasty, but didn't have that extra touch of care. The spa offers impressive Japanese treatments, but fails to create a truly tranquil atmosphere. The hotel's location near the entrance to the Gothenburg harbor is a major highlight.
