The cashier was rude and rushed me through the whole drive through. Never told me what my balance was. On top of that charged for everything (checked my credit card balance) but I'm missing a few things on the order. They never gaveme a receipt so I don't even have evidence. Not going back.

Iwas also charged for a Medium upgrade and a $1 for some coupon i never asked for or received without my permission. Food isn 'tas well made (slapped together) and as fresh as it used to be. My orders have been consistently wrong for a couple years nowand I 've been going here for over 13 years

Few minutes to closing I pulled up Ordered my food.. started to drive away and ate my first nugget and was confused and upset and left with a nasty old taste in my mouth. Nuggets were bad. Turned around rove back got a fresh set andmade my way home to only find a hair on my burger right when I was about to sit and eat my meal. SMH. Will not be eating atthis location again.

Coming from being a General Manager for Wendy?s I am wondering how they get away with such horrible service and speed. Every night that I come here theyclose super early and turn the lights off so that they don?t have to take any orders. I would definitely be looking for anentire new management team if it were up to me!
