This is way too overpriced f... read more I can't believe it—I spent nearly $30 on just two small burgers, one small fry, and two regular drinks for my wife and me at lunch. This is way too overpriced for such poor quality. The burger was cold, and the fries were soggy. Just think about a family of four ordering big burgers, fries, and drinks; that would easily add up to around $100 for lunch! I strongly recommend staying away from this place! By the way, they might blame inflation, but that doesn't justify the lack of quality!

However, they offer generous portions of fries, so you won't leave feeling hungry. I've visited multiple times, and the service has always been outstanding, with my orders being accurate. The establishment is clean and the customer service is excellent. I would definitely come back. I wish they had a rewards program, as that would likely encourage me to visit more frequently. It would also be great if they could add a chicken sandwich to the menu. If you liked this review, please give it a thumbs up. Thank you!

As I waited at the register alongside another customer, I noticed that there were five employees on duty, yet the box of peanuts was empty. I kindly asked the cashier if she could open a new box, something that would have taken less than three minutes. To my surprise, the manager, Jorg, yelled at me, saying, "No, we're too busy!" Feeling frustrated, I asked for a refund, and to my astonishment, he found the time to handle that. I left feeling disheartened by the lack of customer service. If you’re not willing to accommodate your customers, then why are you even in business? I’m extremely disappointed!

I have n... read more It was a standard Five Guys experience. The restaurant was clean, spacious, and well-organized. The food was prepared quickly and cooked to perfection. I have no complaints except for the price; a burger, small fries, and a small drink costs almost as much as the GDP of a small country. Seriously, they do make a fantastic burger, and I recommend it, but keep in mind that you could take your whole family out for a full steakhouse meal—complete with dessert—for about the same price.
